My official feeling on this subject: As a private game server provider and a person that has spent thousands of dollars on your software this is a huge disappointment to me. I was one of the first on the internet with a dedicated server when the first Call of Duty was released. I am hoping I wakeup tomorrow and find out this has all been a joke.
I have supported, been interviewed and have almost always said good things about your software (except when you tried to release one without PunkBuster support).
I want to know why you have done this. I want to hear it from Infinity Ward. I want an official answer from the company, not speculations from unofficial sources.
Thank you for the great series of Call of Duty games. Screw you for what you are evidently have done now. Have you no remorse? The PC gamers are the ones that supported you, made you what you are today and would have followed you to hell in a hand basket. This is what we get for the years of dedication?
If this is your attitude I will never buy, play or speak well of you again. I know this means little to a company of your size and now want to be console only. Six years of love and now a bitter divorce and you get everything. |

I've been surfing thru most of the major cod community forums today and the reaction is pretty clear to this news.PC gamers are outraged and pissed off at what IW and Craptivision has done to the cod series with MW2.
Think we need to have a 1 week boycott by renaming our servers to "Say no to MW2"

I don't have a computer that will run the new CoD:MW2...but I went ahead and signed in support of you guys.  Also, having been laid off once again, I will not be getting the Prestige Edition of the game...I don't feel as bad about it as I normally would (I mean the fully-functioning NVGs were VERY enticing about the whole offer) due to the fact that the way IW is shafting the PC gaming community. Me being a Single Player gaming enthusiast, I still plan to get the basic game however. The single player campaign looks INCREDIBLE for this game, and I hate to admit that I only play Multiplayer about 15 percent of the time (that being GENEROUS). But I feel for all you PC gamers who play MP anywhere from 80 percent to 100 percent of the time.  |

Thanks for signing Swash.Say if you can run cod 4 you would be able to run MW2 as it is just like with cod waw, running off the cod 4 engine.Haven't seen any minimum system requirements yet but will most likely be the same as what cod 4 and cod waw spec's are.
